Encouragement Media Group is seeking a Mid-Level Gift Officer to build meaningful, Christ-centered relationships with our ministry partners. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of mid-level donors, cultivating and stewarding relationships through personal calls, meetings, and events, while helping donors experience the Kingdom impact of their generosity. This is a great opportunity for a relationally driven self-starter with a heart for ministry and donor development.

Partnering closely with the Vice President of Development, this leader will oversee the systems, data, and workflows behind donor cultivation, campaigns, and major gift portfolios — freeing our gift officers to focus on what matters most: building genuine relationships with the donors who make our ministry possible. It’s a role for someone who loves turning data into decisions and process into progress, and who shares our heart for pointing people to Jesus Christ.

Fuzión DFW Community Relations Manager
The Dallas-Fort Worth Community & Ministry Partnerships Coordinator serves as Fuzión’s local representative and ambassador throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This full-time position is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with listeners, churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, businesses, civic leaders, and community influencers to expand Fuzión’s reach and impact.
As the face of Fuzión in the DFW market, this individual will help establish the ministry’s presence, increase brand awareness, grow listenership, develop strategic partnerships, coordinate outreach initiatives, and connect the Hispanic community with encouragement, resources, and the hope found in Jesus Christ.
